HeartMath is a collection of tools and strategies especially designed to lower stress
and to increase emotional and physical resilience.

Unlike general stress management programs that suggest lifestyle modifications , HeartMath suggests very specific INTERNAL adjustments that heal stress at its roots. HeartMath is used in many different settings such as hospital programs, Fortune 500 companies, academic settings, professional sport training programs, the U.S. Military, and the performing arts, as well as by many other varied health care professionals.

I received my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Juilliard School in New York,
and have been teaching stress management techniques in the arts and other spheres for over twenty years.
After becoming a Certified HeartMath Coach working with individuals, I became a HeartMath Certified Trainer for larger organizations, after seeing the recurring problems of stress, decision making, anxiety, burnout and overwhelm not only in the performing arts, but in the varied professions and lives of my clients.
I now work with individuals, as well as with leaders and staff of diverse organizations including,academic programs, corporations and hospitals to help their teams and personnel with stress management and resilience.
