Elisa helps clients improve their health and well being through the use of whole foods and lifestyle changes. She uses an integrative approach, looking at the person, not just the disease or the symptom. Because we are all unique individuals, each session is tailored to a client's particular health goals, nutrition needs, dietary restrictions, and food preferences. Elisa uses a team approach built on trust, non-judgement, and open communication.

Elisa works with clients with a wide variety of health concerns, from managing chronic disease to chronic "unwellness." This includes blood sugar imbalance and sugar cravings; vegan and vegetarian diets; heart disease and high blood pressure; Ulcerative Colitis and Chron's Disease; Irritable Bowel Syndrome; weight management; food allergies and sensitivities, including food sensitivity testing; Celiac Disease and gluten sensitivity; autoimmune disease; cognitive decline; and more.

Insurance is accepted and includes Aetna, Anthem (BC/BS), Cigna, MedNet, and Harvard Pilgrim. Those without insurance are encouraged to contact the office about payment options.
