The Ayurveda Yoga Center, located in a quiet country setting, provides a place where one can slow down and turn within. Offerings include: Individual Ayurvedic Wellness Consultations, Personalized Yoga Practices, Skin Care Clinics for Women, Weekly Yoga Classes, and more.

Ayurveda, India's nature based medical system, teaches that our health and well-being are dependent upon aligning ourselves with the rhythms and cycles of Mother Nature. Ayurveda also teaches that our inherent nature is healthy and whole and that by understanding our unique mind-body constitution we will know how to best care for ourselves and experience vibrant health.
In an Ayurvedic Consultation we will identify your fundamental make-up, address digestive issues and look at the root causes of any signs and symptoms of imbalances. Learn dietary and lifestyle practices, herbs and other natural therapies best suited to help you return to or remain balanced and well.

A Yoga practice connects us to all aspects of ourselves. The Yogic path helps us to see more clearly our mental and emotional states, our habit patterns and ways in which we may undermine our ability to make choices that best support us.

"Individual wellness comes from within. The power of healing is infinately within ourselves. The center of our own self is the best place we can be." -Mother Maya Tiwari
